Every graha's position is computed at the Lahiri ayanamsa, then counted as a house from your janma rashi. Whether that house is favourable comes from Phaladeepika chapter 26. Where another graha stands in the paired house, the favourable result is cancelled — the page names which graha, so you can check it.
Why does this page not give star ratings?
Because nothing would be behind them. Every line here traces to a transit you can look up. A score out of five would not.
How accurate is a rashifal for a whole rashi?
